Default Rs turbo starting problem

When the car is cold it struggles to start sometimes you have to the push the meetering unit flap down and eventually it will start I have change the cold start valve an it's connected I have changed the fuel black box with 3 others and still does the same thing ?

But when it's warned up it will start up first time ?

i would check an make sure the cold start valve is squirting when your cranking first remove it and connect back up over a container thiers a few sensors around the back that could cause a poor start problem allthough saying that RST's are a bit crap at starting when thier right i have to crank a while and feather the throttle some before mine starts
