Do any of the megasquirt users use heat resistant sleeving on their looms, inparticular the cps wiring. If so what type and where from?

Just in the process of sorting the loom out on my cabrio, and need to get it on order if its advisable to use.

I didnt, the only thing that goes near anything hot is as you've mentioned the CPS, I have had the plug melt on mine before... But my turbo was being pushed well beyond it's efficiency island and the turbine wheel soon fell apart! So not your normal setup! lol

My first one melted so now i have wraped mine up. I also decided to use one of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/FORD-FIESTA-...-/200278971199

They cna be found in scrap yards if you dont want a new one.

That add on looms a good idea, also i'd quite like to get some "heat socks" for my ht leads and for various looms etc.
