Default performance tires in 195/50/15

as the question above.
i'm Looking for some performance tires for my s2 as i sometimes do some trackdays ( not competition or anything , just open trackdays like zolder in belgium, the ring in germany things like that ).
so i am looking for a tracktire that can be used on the road too.
Good tires i've found so far, advan neova ad08, toyo r1r, dunlop direzza z1 star spec and the bridgestone potenza re-11.
Tires have to be very good in dry but also need good grip in wet.
At the moment i've got some potenza re-720 tires and its easy to lose traction in the wet even though the car is stock apart from the piper 285t and full mongoose system.

let me know what you think, wrong kind of tires or are these good ones?

Thanks

Personally iv not yet been on the track with them yet, but I'm running barum bravuious2(think that's ho u spell it) and they are awesome alround tyres! At work we've had them on all types of Porsches and same results and very good feedback from customers who have done trackdays.
Used to be a big t1r fan until comparing the two tyres.

I use that size on my Golf mk2 VR6 (215hp) track car, I have used

AO48 Yokohama
R888 Toyo
Dunlop D01J

The best I have used are the Kumho V70A, they wear better than the others if you're using them on the road. The V70A use a proper slick carcass so are much stiffer sidewalls that R888s

I have driven all the way to the 'ring from UK in all weathers on R888s, you just have to be careful in the ruts in the inside lane of motorways in my opinion.

T1r's Im a massive fan of, done afew trackdays on them and they perform very well! Altho i havn't tried a "track day" tyre. But the T1r wears well and it pretty quiet on the road!

thanks for the input guys, looking into all of these options as i really do want a good dry / wet tire as belgium isn't really a dry country.
the r888 are not really an option i think, very good tire really, but not what i'm looking for. i'm actually looking at a trackdaytire that's also user friendly for daily driving.

Yes, I had a set of paradas on the front of my s1. Were a good all round tire. And cut down on wheelspin when racing up the pod or away from every set of lights. But I have only ever had cheapish tires before so probably not a good yard stick to measure against. Would still recomend them though

parada spec 2 are good in dry conditions but were horrific in downpour, even in just wet surface not pudles the car felt like it was sliding in corners.
i've read nothing but good things about the dunlop direzza z1 star spec but i just cant find them in a good price class, they are all heavy overpriced that or i'm just looking in the wrong places
But i think i'm going for the Advan neova ad08, thinking about buying them from camskill.
Is camskill a good shop? they really are cheap..

Parada are good in the dry but SHIT in the wet, tbh you won't ever get a good all round tyre. Tyres that are good in the wet are shit in the dry and vice versa.

Good cheap all rounder is the Kumho KU31

i'm glad with all the info i can get
I've used potenza re720's on track ( my dailys for the moment ) they are good imho and in the wet too, also had some parada spec 2 they were good in the dry but really worth crap in wet, i just didn't even try to drive faster when wet cause i would just understeer en slide like a madman.
those are the only 2 tires i can comment on as i've only got my driving license for about a year
