same but fiesta is easier.

depends on how much money you have, i would fit a efi inlet and then have omex ecu fitted.

different ways to do it but you will need a cps, best way is with the flywheel but i have done it on the lower pulley with a 36-1 tooth wheel.

Using an OFAB or OFAC loom has another advantage in that you can upgrade to plug and play megasquirt at a later date! Which is the conversion i have gone for!

He's told you that so he can charge you an extra fee for the ecu itself and then an extra fee to map it. IME its no better when you look at the spec sheet for each, unless someone can correct me!? Once youve plugged your OFAM ecu in, load your laptop up with tunerstudio and start mapping it yourself, everytime you make a new modification you can re-map your car to suit, and spend quality time on it aswel, mapping different loads and rpms and various boost levels etc rather than just mapping flat out throttle like most tuners would...
Check my sig out m8!

i've got ms2 and for the price you can't go wrong. But omex is better if you're not going to map it or fit your self. Think more people/tuners will touch omex

You just need an AFR gauge to get an idea of how the engines fuelling whilst your mapping it.
The OFAM from boostmonkeys plugs into the EFi loom, direct plug and play (other than a vacumn line into the ecu) its £380 and will come with a basemap to get your car started and idling to a degree.
Map it yourself using "tunerstudio" its easy enough to get to grips with.

Its settled then. Thats my next route. Only problem is i dont know what sort of psi i can put through mine without blowin summat up. Lol what sort of power can these take? Eg ofab can take 250ish?? And does this control boost control?

The only thing will limit things is the injectors, turbo, engine etc.

With megasquirt and omex you can make changes with the laptop and fault find.

Standard bottom end won't like much more than 230-240bhp... You can easily achieve that with OFAM and the correct turbo and injectors

Is the www.rsbible.co.uk website no longer up? That had a step by step guide using an efi xr3i loom and ofac with no amal valve, frst ecu and MAP. A few searches on google may help. Good luck

I have a lightened n balanced bottom end. Forged pistons n steel rods so ill be fine haha. I used rs bible too. Ill stick with ofab for time being as its better than ofac. Then upgrade to ms. What turbo do u reckon i should go for?

Deffo upgrade the management if you're spending.

As for turbo, a hybrid T3 garrett i'd suggest. I highly recommend AET in Wakefield, Andy Nicholls is excellent.

Best off talking to professionals (and i'm sure plenty of the people on here!), someone local to you or as I mentioned AET who I've had experience with, www.aet-turbos.co.uk

You would probably say it peaks at 15 and holds 14.
