AFTERMARKET ADJUSTABLE RISING RATE FUEL REGULATORS
Let's call one of these a "FSE" as this is the maker most often fitted to our engines after the fact. A FSE has a sharper curve upwards in responding to vacuum changes. In other words, it increases fuel pressure at a faster rate than stock and therefore give your acceleration a bigger "kick in the pants" than the stock rising rate fuel regulator

I also have FSE (Malpassi one), throttle response is quicker vs standard IMO.
Sold my 1,8zvh engine to my friend and fitted with original (EFI Weber) fpr. After driving, it didnt feel that good as my car was
. Ok we had different turbos also, but both original items.

Its really no problem with efi Roger, you can inject as much fuel as you want as quickly as you need to.
Rising rate really comes into its own when larger boost pressures are used, if you have 2 bar in the manifold, and 3 bar of fuel pressure at the injector the fuel is really only being injected at 1 Bar.... But like i said, with large injectors and efi you really can do what you want.
However, if you were close to maxing out your injectors, (over 80% duty) at higher boost pressures a rising rate pressure reg may help. Your standard reg IS rising rate, but after marked ones normally have a steeper rate of change curve.

I cant use photobucket at work as for some unknown reason its blocked on our server but the marking on it are..... TWM INDUCTION 4401-0806, Wher as the one on ebay will cost Ł100.00 give or take this wrc one cost me Ł366.00 lol, but with my set up was massively needed, i'm running greens on a Fiesta Rail and there is a rail adaptor i had to get specialy ordered so it could be adapted / linked in, fucking madman, the spec on it is unreal, im still yet having to get it calobrated correctly in January as the people my end have not only never seen one before, but have never worked with one before lol.
In my opinion i got my one because it was needed massively, if the one you have works a treat then dont bother buying the nice blue on even if it looks nice lol, it will probably work but like some of the guys on here have said, if your going to get an aftermarket FPR make sure its high end and of a good make to ensure you have no problems.
