use some flat edge screwdrivers or hard plastic tool and from the inside push the rubber in underneath the metal part on the tailgate, slowly work you way arond the glass and when you get about half way you should be able to pop the glass out. its hard to describe in writing how to do it mate.

dont use flat blade screwdriver as this will more than likely mark or pierce the rubber. use a strong toolwith a rounded tip..
