Had a couple of boost gauges on my car to check her over and found that she was boosting up to 4 PSI and that was it. Any way checked for leaks - none found! Any way if you rev my car really quick up to say 2500 RPM and let off the dump valve gives up a big chirp. Never seen this when car not underload. Any way checked over the engine I have got in my car has had the Amnal valve chopped so I just have a tube from the Charger to the Actuater. So I carefully adjusted it turn by turn. Any way I got it now so if you rev it and let go there is no dump valve noise but there is a wicked chatter from the waste gate. Boost sseems about 8 psi so happy with that. But why is the dump valve not dumping now??

I ain't to hot on this but a similar thing happened to mine. I found that my dump valve was stuck open/closed (can't Remember) and it used to flutter. Try changing it and see if that works... Sorry if this isn;t any help

 

You will probably find once you boot it up the road under load it will dump aswell, probably more so than chatter. Lucky boy if it dont, remove the dumps!!!

 

dump valve will work not moving u normally have to rev it quite high.
depending on ur boost and when it kicks in. i found i could hear a gud dump about .7 to .8 bar anything over 1 bar is bloody loud.

 

Yea steve, I have ur dumps, its loud, lol want chatter tho, might remove it tomorrow!

 

I had the same prob when I got my esrt found out the timming was half tooth out lol might be that
