if its not the above then try an msd 82 degree thermostat and an uprated fan switch mate

yeah water pump is working all pipes getting hot and return to the header tank, i have tried manual switch on the fans and still slowly rises, got another temp gauge on it and its going to around 105-110 on the gauge then have to pull over and let it cool down

As your pump etc. seems to be working and water is flowing round i'd have the fuelling and timing checked in case you are lean or as above retarded.
If thats all good then maybe a new rad is needed, an 82 degree stat and MSD fan switch is not going to help as you have already tried without and at 70mph the fans do almost nothing.

sounds a similar issue to mine, but mine is fine if driving off boost, and also when on idle, but as soon as you come on boost hard, it takes no more than 20-30 seconds and im in the red, done all the same checks as you, have uprated alloy rad front mount, also tried to heat wrapped turbo and downpipe, still no joy, also mine was only mapped a few weeks ago, so im guessing it sounds like head gasket???
