Its probably going to offend people but am thinking about putting the Texaco livery on my black series 2 track car. Opinion please?

Having the design done on computer next week to see how it looks.
Not trying to rip off a classic, just love the way it looks.

If it's just vinyl you can always remove it if you don't like it I suppose. I was going to say that you should try and find an authentic livery for it, but I don't suppose there is any

Do it, those wheels would look ace on your car Gus! On a slightly different note, will you be at FF on Sunday? Be nice to see your car in the metal!

I'm not sure what I'd do. I'd perhaps dig around and see if you could find a proper race/rally MK4 Escort and go for that. I'd sooner have a livery accurate to the car than one off the wrong model. Tricky really, much easier on the other RS models than on the S2 sadly!

Kind of seems weird to me when people do livery that has no purpose at all on their car, ie its not advertising soemthing they are involved with, ie its not like texaco sponsor you or anything I assume!
But I bet it will look fantastic!
