Flywheel zetec turbo
A friend of mine has just had his flywheel machined because his clutch was slipping using the MTX75. He is using a rs turbo EFI flywheel, pinto paddle, helix heavy duty IB5 clutch cover. He has machined the outside of the flywheel where the clutch cover bolts on 1mm to allow more clamping pressure on the drive plate. The clutch now seems to be worse as in it's now not holding as much power as before.
Have we gone the wrong way with the machining and actually spaced the pressure plate out or should off had where the drive plate sits machined insted?
