Default Which disk's and pads to get?

Im going to be driving around silverston at ford fair and ive just brought some cossie 4 Pots because my brakes will not last round the track as they are!

Which disk's and pads should i buy that will fit the 4 Pots..Im thinking yellow stuff pads but not sure what disks..

Links would be helpful to save me buying the wrong ones..

Thanks, Joe

Im on Yellows mate, they are wicked for track work... I could cook my greenstuffs on the road, so i skipped Reds and went straight to Yellowstuff! Ive got national standard discs, but ive ran mintex standard before and they are fine too...

Next time i change i will probably go for redstuff's as the yellows are a little dusty for road use and they need a certain amount of warming up... With drilled discs. May plump for brembo 4 pots aswell

Im fairly sure your going to need a spacer plate made up as the cossy 4pots aren't a straight forward swap???

Any way, i have standard calipers, spacer plates and 2wd cosworth disks, at the moment with brembo pads, soon to be DS2500's. which work really well.

I would personally stay away from ebc geen stuff and there discs and go with tarox, national sport, and ferrodo dsp or ds2500 pads and a set of braided hoses

Ive been told ill need to drill the holes in my hub slightly bigger then they should fit..Yellows sound like they will do the job then. I take it drilled and grooved normal 2wd cossie discs will fit then?

Not quiet as simple as just opening the holes out i'm afraid, they do need opening up but the caliper also needs machining like so

to make it sit central on the disc and also a new brake line needs making up as can also be seen in the picture so abit of faffing is required but they were well worth doing in the end

Oh, thanks for lowering the tone! might just get cossie brakes, simple and easy to do myself. Looks like the 4 pots are a garage jobby..

I've been told by several people now that the standard calipers with the ds2500 are a really decent setup. Giving a firmer pedal than cossy callipers. But you'll need a cheap spacer plate.

Mine are spot on so far.
