I've made some changes to the start tables. I'm on my netbook with no e-mail so I'll get it transferred and e-mailed across tomorrow.

Ok thanks...

I tried a couple of serial/usb convertors but after several tries I gave up and repaired my old Dell... will have to look into that adapter as I'm already getting tired of this 2 hour limit, not to mention I can keep it in the glovebox.

This map is full of surprises isn't it...? what's the difference between "fuel as injector" and "fuel as pwm" in the fuel injector setup of the map?

Hello mate,

Pretty easy to add as long as you have a spare input. If your up for doing it i'll send you some pics ect. You really need a clutch switch too tho.

A resistor and a transistor and your away, ive got part number if you need those too.

Rob,

Yea im looking forward to testing it when im back home the launch is on all the time (activated by the clutch switch) so its as simple as planting your foot on the clutch and giving it WOT, then dump the clutch.

Have a look on youtube for megasquirt launch control some good vids there.

Im considering having two switchs for mine (one clutch, one steering wheel) so i can limit wheel spin etc.

Combination of ignition retard and dwell reduction as a "soft" limit, spark and or fuel cut can be used as a hard limit if needed. Spark cut is programmed to cut x out of y sparks, so you can vary how aggressive it depending on application.

Really? I've never given it a go in an MTX but a normal MT75 flat shift perfectly, although 3rd syncro always seems a little weak.

IB5's flat shift well. (a few times before the chocolate melts any way).
