Default sterring problem after new wheels change ( pics inside)

hy i fixed my new wheels dynamics 17 5 spoke with 205/40/17 the car is -35mm lowerd

and when i turn all to the right the wheel touch the inner wing if i turn on the left complet it s ok

it s do the same with the 2 wheels

i bought spacer on every side 2 cm and it 10 time better but it is still touching but only a little bit

the car is liefted up

it is a rebuild i didnt the paralleisme ou much i need to enter the new bushes on the sterring cologne only to have a correcte parralleisme and later im going to do a good parrallelisme thanks

in the picture showing the left front wheel, the wheel seems to be too far back in the arch. are all the brackets correct and lining up correctly?
also, is the steering rack central when the wheels are pointing straight ahead? that would probably be enough to cause the problem.
