Unhappy HELP!!!!!!!

Right i have just sold my 23rd rs turbo and have the option of buying another one f reg in diamond white with good spec and has a detailed photographic restoration in the history from 3-4 years back the spec is as follows: stage 3 head, stage 2 turbo, s/s exhaust, chipped ecu, grs front mount, ap organic clutch, 16' tsw imolas, bailey swirl pot, and bailey breather, mint 88 spec recaro's koni's with 30mm drop, probably missed a few bits out but hey ho, anyway have always been a ford man through and through but i have the choice of this or an oak green 3 dr golf gti 16v which i am also very keen on and i know they are very rare in oak green and i have had a couple before and loved them or an audi a3 1.8t sport quattro which is also very very nice whatever i choose will be a 2nd car anyway now i am not getting any younger (40) in a couple of months and thinking do i opt for speed and comfort?? or stick with a classic and very cheap insurance? whatever i choose is going to hold its value or probably go up as they are all pretty rare, just wondering what you guy's think??

The a3 will still devalue. Always liked the oak green 16v gti's but they aren't THAY rare, I've seen at least two recently.... but it will be more reliable etc than an rst.

The rst is potentially out and out the faster car.... And is probably worth more than the golf in years to come.

BUT, if this is your 23rd, why don't you buy a cosworth?

lol,

24 would be a little excessive!

Why not wait for a while and save up some doe, then buy the best rst you can and keep it.

No i just get very bored easily do what i want to them (tidy them up usually) try and sort rust issues, etc etc thanks andy i like being a little crazy lol i think the longest i have kept one is 2 years and the shortest is 2 weeks, going to look at another white one tomorrow night then another thurs night in bristol and then i will make my mind up lmao but i do still like the golf gti 16v's audi is out of the question now due to insurance reasons as my missus focus has my 5 years no claims on it so in order for me to get a decent price i would have to use that so her insurance would go up considerably so its got to be a classic
