hi all ive started my 2.1 zvh to day for the first time and its runing rough back fireing and wont idle ether. Ive noticed on the down pipe there has been a lambda sencer welded in place an was wondering if it should be connected or if its been on a zetec at some point. Ive done a compretion test as follows no1 120lbs/in no3 130/lbs/in no4 125lbs/in no2 130lbs/in
and ive got fuel to all 4 injectors i dont seem to have any air leaks help apriceated thanks in advance

 

Which management you using

 

its on a standard ecu but chiped well according to fle bay and its a mfi

 

The boss will be there for connecting a wide band lambda to for checking fueling whilst tuning I'd expect...

 

ive been on the phone to sitec racing and they have told me i need after market management and fueling to get it spot on

 

Need to change it for the efi setup so you can adjust the fuel etc. You can you the fiesta rs turbo inlet and then megasquirt or pay someone to do it

 

would i need a efi loom as well whats involved mate

 

No just need the engine loom for the inlet/injectors. Do a search for karlos thread, covers the basics
