avoid ebay seller called rsturboparts.
Whatever you do,dont order from a guy on ebay called rsturboparts or amy.mountford.
there the same person
I recently ordered a load of bits off him and everything turned up broke.
when i called him he gets very aggresive and justs hangs up.
im sure he wouldnt be so brave if he lived near me .
i got 90 spec rear lights for my s2 which turned up and one was smashed.
a central locking motor that doesnt work.
odd wiper covers.
a petrol tank which was filled with polystarine packaging and had melted inside the tank ruining it.
A parcel shelf which he bent the corners and snapped so it fitted in the box.
a door seal i paid for wasnt even in the box.
guy is a total knobhead and just keeps saying "why are you moaning about everything i sent you,it was cheap.
well i didnt ask for cheap, which it wasnt, cost me £170,i asked for parts that are usefull, not broken .
so be warned guys, hes a miserable robbing skanking fooker who wont be getting another penny off me.

i have a central locking motor or 2 and all the seals for a s2,door,windows etc if youre still needing them.most ebayers are fine but you get the occasional rip off merchant which sucks.

i cant open a paypal dispute .
i tried, but cos i sent the pqyment with my iphone paypal app,it was sent as a personal payment, not goods or services.
spoke to paypal, they said i cant dispute personal payments.
i explained it was clearly a goods/services transaction as i had attatched a note to the paypal payment listing all the parts i was purchasing but they said tuff tittys.
so beware, aalways make your payments as goods/services, not personal payment.

I had this once, bought some G Max suspension and a full set of Samco hoses form someone off eBay breaking a car. Hoses, half were Samco, half were SFS so different shades of red, bottom water hose (the big expensive one) had a pinhole leak and the front shocks were totally fucked. Pais about £200 for the lot as well. Bastards.

I'm not defending the guy, it sounds like he's really messed you about. But, sometimes eBay buyers are just as bad.
I sold quite a bit on eBay over the summer. One item in particular, an ECU and loom, the buyer wanted to send the ECU back for most of the purchase price plus both sets of postage in refund. I told him to send the whole lot back for a full refund or nothing. I heard nothing for 2 weeks until he opened a "not as described" case saying there were bent pins, burnt out board etc etc.
The outcome was he had to send it back for a refund. The process of which is to provide tracking info within 10 days then an automatic refund once royal mail mark it as delivered. 11 days passed with no tracking info but they still let him send it back. Then he sent me back a completely different model piece of crap ECU and loom that were both broken.
They refunded him and took the money off me a few days later even though I told them about it before Royal Mail even marked it as delivered. In short, it took me 2 months to try to sort it myself. It took a call to Natwest Visa to sort but it was instantly sorted, I now have my money back but eBay tell me they have taken the hit.
Like I say, not defending him but some buyers can be lying twats too and most of their processes are flawed.

couldnt leave him negative feedback, cos he advertised breaking a car,you have to call him with what you want, and he didnt list it individually on ebay.looking back,i should have told him what i wanted, then got him to list it as a buy now, live and learn i guess

Paypal is getting worse and worse for refunds.
I sold a hands free kit to someone in Greece. He said it never arrived, I looked up the tracking number which said the parcel was in the hands of the Greek postal service, so they refunded him??!?!?! Work that out.
They said that it was because I hadnt given them the tracking number soon enough (i gave it to them 3 days after they refunded him).
I reported them to the financial ombudsman. And paypal got charged £150
Do it here: http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.u...complaints.htm
It dont see you your money back, but if it happens enough, hopefully paypal will start to think more!
Paypal are such cunts for refunds now, and 90% of disputes go the buyers way.
Trouble is with ebay and paypal being one, your screwed!
