Paypal is getting worse and worse for refunds.
I sold a hands free kit to someone in Greece. He said it never arrived, I looked up the tracking number which said the parcel was in the hands of the Greek postal service, so they refunded him??!?!?! Work that out.
They said that it was because I hadnt given them the tracking number soon enough (i gave it to them 3 days after they refunded him).
I reported them to the financial ombudsman. And paypal got charged £150

It dont see you your money back, but if it happens enough, hopefully paypal will start to think more!
Paypal are such cunts for refunds now, and 90% of disputes go the buyers way.
Trouble is with ebay and paypal being one, your screwed!
