i have both the quick rack and hydrolic clutch and both really worth doing and if you p.m crazycage he does it as a kit that bolts in place all brackets and lines etc for clutch just needs your clutch arm to mod

Why would you make the steering heavier and the clutch lighter lol would a mk3 fiesta pas rack not be made to fit?

When your running big power the clutch needed to hold the torque is very very heavy and regularly snaps clutch cables, so hydraulic is the way to go.
Corsa EPAS is the easiest way to get PAS.
Quick rack takes you from 4.5 turns lock to lock, down to 2.7... big improvement!

should make that clutch thing a stick karlosG very nice thread and easy to follow
wish id of seen this when i was gonna buy a pedal box but i was advised that the hydraulic clutch wasnt a option/ highly expensive

I have a quickrack on mine, and its so heavy that when Im moving the car around the pits I have to hang out of the steering wheel.I can see the whole steering column flex!!!So I won't fit one on a road car!!

Hydraulic clutch is about Ł80 for a MC and SC.
EPAS is about Ł100 for the column, Ł30 for a controller, and then just some fab work.

Im on slicks mate, plus the rack is 2.1 turns lock to lock, then theres my small steering wheel, all adds up to hard times in the pits!!But its ok once the car is doing over 10mph or so.

The quick rack is a simple unbolt old one bolt in new one job, but trying to find one is not so easy the quaife unit's are few and far between I believe.
EPAS is something you'll have to sort yourself, dont know of any tuners as such that fit it, Crazycage on here has done a couple but he's up north.
Same goes for the Hydraulic clutch, not that hard mate, just take a look at my guide.
