got this little project yesterday ,86 with 44k on the clock .as you can see it will require some major rssto work but in general it has a solid floor etc .im in two minds wether to go all out and cossie it or just get it back to a nice useable s1.
lol ***EDIT*** brave man, have you looked under the carpets yet?
Best of luck what ever direction you go mate, got to love an s1
Rob,
hi rob ,the floor is already painted and was no rot atall ,as was the boot floor .
im going to bare metal it anyway and make sure theirs no rust lurking under the paint
inner wings are solid ,boot floor good ,battery tray good .the car is pretty sound all round .
the reason the front looks so tatty is the guy who owned it was driving it up and down a 4 inch kerb and it kept banging the road

thats what i was thinking with floors being good ,i think a nice sensible 150/175 bhp will do .i have a set of 16 inch rl7s sourced but they need a refurb andy.
no the revs are satying put ,scott was looking at my sharktooths .
no saffs will be broke or harmed whilst the s1 is restored andy lol

what do you think of hadrian panels ?
huge difference james, karlos g will agree, one of the best mods you can do to a MFI car
iv bought a few of there panels james but never fitted them but i did seach on here about them, must said best fitting panel you can get, even one said the hadrian fitted better than ford panel.
restore it to original. the value of these is just going up and up.
thats my thinking, but to be honest it wont be sold [famous last words lol]
