Thats the ones mate. Not hard to change at all. Rocker cover off the take off the rocker arms and they should just pull out. Make sure you soak the new ones overnight in oil so they fill with oil.

you can get a std cam and follower kit for about 85 quid from most motor factors, i fitted a kent cam before and tbh never felt any difference over standard, not sure its worth the money on a cvh, this was timed properly with vernier pulley, cant say i noticed the difference.

just had all of the rocker arms off and noticed that 1 follower sits higher than the rest (about 1/4 inch) is this normal? the rest of the followers sit flush with the head

One will always sit higher as the valve is open because of the camshaft. And always change a camshaft and followers together as they "work harden" together. A work hardened cam will tear the soft new lifters to bits in minutes.
