when im on the motorway and floor it there doesnt seem much boost and it sounds like a air leak could it be a weak actuator.I know putting my foot down doing 70 wont throw me back but it just dont seem right.Is there anyway i can test the actuator and if it is that wheres the best place to get one from thanks

well im waiting for the new boost hoses so i will try them first.But if the spring is weak in the actuator can it be tested ?

 

Mine developed a faulty amal valve the other week and would only boost to half of normal. Similar symptom?

 

well ive got my hoses so will be doing them tommorow.If it is the amal valve can i just fit a bleed valve and adjust it till it hits the same boost as before.Also do i just disconnect the amal valve and put the bleed valve between the pipes that come off it.And any help with testing the actuator please

 

exactly the same problem as me put a new turbo and actuator on wound it up as much as i can and only 15psi of boost think ill try the amal valve to
