ZVH Breather Return

ZVH Breather Return
I'm new to ZVH's...
When replacing the std breather setup on a ZVH engine (FRST in this case) how's best to route the return from a Bailey tank? The only obvious ways I can see is to either T into the Rocker-to-block breather hose at the bottom, or the Turbo oil return which is at the front of the block...
...at the moment i've connected it to a bottle which seems ok but the idles a little lumpier than it was before.

But there's not really much room to put a t-piece in the short o/s cover-to-breather hose without relocating it further back, which wouldn't be the end of the world...
...could the n/s rocker outlet be blanked off? I guess it wouldn't run properly if a mini K&N filter was fitted to it?

Ask me a question!
iTrader: (1)
I never use the FRST breathers that are available. Only use the ERST one on fiestas or escorts. Much better than having to mess about with T pieces and vacum takes off from the head etc. Sell it and buy an Escort fitting one Bailey is the best that i have found to date. Cost as little as 50 secondhand on here and other sites and you can sell your one you have for the same(ish) money.
This is a Zetec Turbo but makse no diff as the block would reauire the same mods regardless of the head.
or CVH Fiesta

Thanks for that, great pics!
So what happens with the small hose that goes into top of the FRST tank that comes from the head/inlet? Is there still provision for that on an ERST one? And isn't there two outlets at the bottom of the tank? Apologies for the questions I just need to see one up close in the flesh I guess!
