Default zetec turbo qs

right ive been trolling the search button but still got a few questions about zts

im looking to get about 350 if poss

for now im gonna be using standard 2.0 head and cams

rover inlet the 1 with turbo written across the top

cossie tb

cossie managment

t34 on standard rst manifold

gonna use ferriday adapters on both the inlet and exsaust

right the questions

is it worth using arp head studs or just zetec bolts?

what head gasket? iirc standrard ford focus rs??

my rover inlet has the fpr mounted on the left hand side and just a flange on the other side what rail should i use? was looking at the frst 1 but the injecters go at an angle

not sure weather to keep my green injecters or get greys?

cheers lads

mat

get greys and you don't need an over the box manifold just use a standard tubular one like this there £300 as standard erst will start to struggle at 300bhp and you'll need some valve springs of ian to run your 350bhp, you'll also need a custom downpipe to go with your t34 thats a t34 on my manifold

just been to andy at cylinder head development and having 1 on his ulitmate spec zetec heads with cams and pulleys. overkill for 350 but ill only end up wanting more just need to find a 2.0 head now to send off
just phoned all local scrapys and they only got 1.8s are they the same?

where did u get that manifold from mate?

not sure weather to sell the cossie managment and get pectel or omex

what bhp is the rover inlet good for?

just ordered arp head studs from the states

and a focus rs gasket from matt lewis

will post some pics up later

focus rs only uses standard 2.0l gasket £32 from ford so don't pay rs tax, my manifold came from garric44 if you interested i can sort it for you as he's not up on technology but also does inlets he's just posted one yesterday think he said there £180 to take whatever tb you want but obviously not included for that price(most use cossy or fiesta), this is the inlet he made for my cvh to show you his work
