Has anybody got an AP 2000-35 and quadrant fitted?

What is needed for this clutch and how much does it all come too?

cheers Matt.

I have had one in for a good couple of years now and still going strong! Basically as you said mate, the clutch kit, quadrant and mk6 pedal are needed. I got hold of an alloy clutch quadrant in the end after going through 3 or 4 plastic ones lol. The price i paid will be out of date now but i seem to remember the clutch being expensive at night on Ł350.

Normal AP Organic, or even a good quality standard clutch.

standard clutch starts to slip at 170bhp so not the best thing to go for,

Depends on the quality of the install. If you start from a nice fresh flywheel, I'm sure it would be fine. I would choose an AP Organic for sure, no pedal mod needed, but sounds like the OP doesn't have the budget to support it.

As c+b said, normal organic ap would be fine if you're only running that sort of power/torque (didn't realise that).....i think the model is a cp2000-8 mate. It's just a less agressive version of the -35 intended for lower torque levels, and as such will be a much lighter pedal too

Very conservative ratings that Ap give their clutches, plenty of people on here say they're running fine with more torque than you've got.

Well that sounds promising. Thanks for the help everyone. I think I will try one of these cp2000-8's.

Hopefully in the new year I will find myself a job and my budget wont be so tight.
