Default bigger/beter injectors?!?!

hi all, been reading alot bout the tuning side of things on the s2. bought my s2 completely standard... ive had a reconned t3 from midland turbo with 360 degree bearing. a -31 actuator, also got full magnex exhaust, filter, radtec fmic, superchipped ecu, will also have group A coil and better plugs fitted. ive been reading up alot about what psi to tune this spec up to, most posts saying 14-16 psi for 160-180bhp, but with a 360 turbo some say boost can be turned up more, but can this be done without damage to a standard engine?

what other mods would be needed to reach the 200bhp mark? been reading about a 5th injector?!?! cant you just fit better injectors to fuel it more? also is having above 14-16psi on a standard engine dangerous as im still wanting it to run safe.

thanks, aaron.

No you cant fit bigger injectors mate, it's MFI so thats a no go!
Your turbo still having standard compressor and turbine size's means that it will not flow/perform any better than a stock item mate.
To break 200bhp all you need is a bigger turbo (stage 2 for example) and hope that your metering unit can fuel enough.

As said above mate.

i've got a similar spec and i'm at about 170hp atm at 1bar boost (14.5psi). my limiting factors are the standard turbo and intercooler. i'm saving for a stage 2 now, and have a front mount GRS intercooler to go on. this should see 200hp or thereabouts, not that i'm chasing hp but pub bragging rights are always a bonus lol.

how much was your turbo to get redone if you dont mind me asking, PM if you prefer. i'm in Birmingham myself and was going to send mine away to Turbo Technics for a stage 2 rebuild, simply as i didn't know where else to go with it.

as above mate getting 200bhp you need stage2+ turbo, 5th injector or some sort of increase in fueling plus a good engine any signs of wear soon will show up if running higher boost.
