rev limiter
Hello guys,
Today my car has got his setup, but strange was that the limiter was @ 6000 rpm and the power wasn't going down yet! The guy from the RR had RST in his database from previous runs and they hit the limiter @7000 rpm?
I have a chipped ecu but the limiter is in the fuel ecu isn't it? Have i got a fuel ecu from a wrong car?

The standard limiter won't be anywhere near 7k mate, i think 6,200 is standard so you're 6k on the clocks will be right. You can get the limiter raised to 7.2k but unless you're running steel rods i wouldn't advise you to as sustained revs and the standard rods don't mix lol

Standard is indeed 6400rpm, was it your RPM gauge whowing 6000rpm or the RR RPM pick up? If it's your gauge then it's just out of calibration like 99% of them are, if it the RR's then that would be a bit strange that it's so low.

RR was showing the 6000 as far as i can remember! There also was a strange dip in the powerline so probably somethings wrong the the flow of the engine, but i will post everything later up today and make a new topic
