Default No spark (EFI)

Just put my engine back in after rebuild, and now I don't have a spark.
All the plugs/sensors I took off have gone back on. Any ideas what I have done wrong or to check for? Thanks.

when you crank the engine, does the rev counter move at all?
if not, then the signal from cps isn't getting to edis/ecu.

did you get the wires the right way round when changing the plug?

the CPS should give off an AC signal of around 7volts iirc when cranking

has the coilpack got 12volts (middle wire on plug) and a signal from either CPS wires?

Not sure how to test the cps but if I did it right I only had 0.35 volts. The coilpack has 12 volts.

It's an AC current so set the meter to that.

Tried putting on a jump pack? as if it doesnt turn over fast enough, the CPS wont trigger the EDIS? I had this problem, even tho car sounded like it turned over fast enough, just wasnt enough.
