Ok, who's got some tips on removing 5th gear from the shaft?
I've tried using a puller and it's not budging![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)

Mapping is going well, pulls like a train even at just 16/17psi, enough to make my AP clutch slip if I go any more!
No sign of Det, ACT's are around 36degree's (ambient 25degrees), still playing with the cold start settings as the mornings are getting colder!
Really pleased with how things are going!

if your using a bearing puller you will have hit the bolt part of it with a lump hammer then turn it to "shock it off" .i wouldn't heat it up too much because it might start getting noisy after rebuild
the last one that gave me a hard time took 3 people 2 with pry bars prying the gear and me hitting the living s**t out of the puller lol

you need a special puller with very thin wide ends and two g clamps
fit the puller , use the two g clamps and hold the arms of the puller together
have a mate hold the box and the g clamps .use either a power bar or an impact wrench and a lot of patience
