Default Starter motor help

A friend of mine has recently had a ZVH put in his S1. Starter motor is fucked. What is the best/cheap alternative. Been doing a little research and been told a diesel one is stronger. Also a 1.8cvh/2.0dohc sierra starter is the one to go for. Any help guys on what to go for and part numbers if you have them.

Regards

Paul

diesel would be the best one to go for cos they can withstand more abuse cos it get really hot down there,

So what diesel model do we need the starter motor off, or will any do.

I had heard the diesel ones are stronger so may aswell change now while its out instead of reconditioning and waiting for it to go again
