they have got a frount mount thats fitted to the inner wing or when fitting a 6 speed box a new mount has to be welded they then have a back mount that bolts near the back lower part of the enging bay

probaly easyer to use an st170 box and then try and fit that to the cradle imo probaly easyer to just use the st170 mount tho

Fair fecks to you Tim,youre on a much much higher level to most of us RST owners!!The amount of money its going to cost you to get a reliable box has me shocked!!! Way out of my league, respect to you for doing it. See you at Nat Day,regards, micky

aye micky im looking forward to nd if my box lasts the day i will be happy lol, will only have a bar of boost but it will be fun whatever ,as for boxes and stuff both ollie and myself have a plan his is beaing assembled as we speak also, then we can both have full power captain lmao, wasnt going to bother anymore tbh but after a few things the other day it made my mind up. Im sure 1 of us will break 180,but im more interested in 1/4 mile stuff, next year should be very good imo

180 in an rst would be crazy!

what differs from a cts 2+ box and a jamsport big bearing?

I have had a 6 speed box in mine for almost 3 years now, and never had a single issue. I did spilit it for a look after the first year and everything was fine, never tuched it since.

It does have a quife LSD. That cost about £700.

Simon.

There is no LSD fitted at the factory, you have to fit it.

Tim what you doing about your starter, cos i think they are on the back of the engine on an st170. is there another front cover (bell housing) you are putting on, and what you doing with the drive shafts, cos the st has a bearing on the os shaft

mine will be the mtx 75 not the st box so starter will be on the front
