can u rely get 350 out of a black top zetec with standard head?

I would like to see the proof of a standard black top zetec hit the 350bhp. Dave the old editor of performance ford built a black top zetec did he not, using decent rods and pistons, decent management cant remember the exact turbo used that head was standard i believe and i dont eben think it made a massive amount of power, but then again what the fuck do i know!

rods were standard zetec, pistons were wossner, turbo was t25 focus rs unit. think it made about 270 on fields engine dyno. management was gotec mini x i think.

When i've finished mapping Gary's, it'll go on the rollers. But, it won the FWD class at classic ford 0-60 with 5.04, and has done a 12.78 at 115 at the pod. That's at 1.3 bar and it has more in it, so I think 350 is a distinct possibility.

imo a graph would'nt prove any thing. the real proof is in what the car can do.

p-s all the times ive set so far have been in a fully trimed up road car with radio and baby seat in the back ect ,its just to hard to live with a stripped out racer day to day been there done that lol.
