scorpion exhaust

can anybody with 1 fitted to there rs turbo tell me if the 2 bolts between the front pipe and centre section are spring loaded or just plain nuts and bolts

spring loaded. They were on my scorpion exhaust.
I think its where there is no flexi pipe it helps with a bit of flex for the down pipe.

fitting kit?
I might have a spare set of spring bolts in the garage if thats what your after. cant remember if they went with an old exhaust or not. i can have a look if you want tho?
