t34 0.48 is what you need. No laggier than a stage 3 t3, they use exactly the same hot side wheel and housing, with a better wastegate design. Powerband is 3400-7400 with a good head. Had this on my daily driver for 40k, was awesome.

Rick.

That's how the car finally ended up.

I had the car for just over 6 years. It started out as a virtually standard 1.6. Then it went to a stage 4 T3, then onto a T34 with cossie management, then onto a 1.9 with a T34 with the cossie management, then onto the final stage you see there.

Yes it was bloody quick and excellent throughout the revs

So I do know what I am talking about. I would meet half way and totally agree with Rick about the smaller exhaust housing.

It is nice to blow money. As a sergeant in the British Army I work hard enough for it. The car was broken into bits and sold off last August.

I put that together with my hard earned cash and bought a house to rent out to make me some money rather than spending the money on an old escort

Double quids in now

CliffS1, I still remeber our S1 -v- S2 battles both in the mag and on the way to pub meets. Remember missing the A127 jct as we were going for it on the M25?

That Zetec turbo was spot on, was wetting myself when you took us along the A505 at a meet with the ALS popping and banging . That car was a legend

yes it might have been a mental car, when your foots pressed to the floor but doubt it when you are driving normally, going to tescos to do your shopping.
