standard rs turbo glass is 3mm. Most of the polycarb windows you buy are 4mm and I think certain race regs also call for 4mm. Should still fit in the rubbers the extra 1mm. Perspex will scratch bad but can polish out, polycarb also scratches but wont polish out. Polycarb is near bullett proof, perspex WILL crack under any decent impact. Im making some polycarb ones this weekend hopefully if the gear turns up.

Im just using the original windows, they have a slight curve on them but the material will follow that no problem. I used to work at a plastic fabrication shop so the offcut bin has been raided for me

I drive past your way twice a week mate, if I get any excess worth using I'd just drop it off for you, no skin off my nose, work pays for the diesel and time I'll let you know what I get.
