Default Metering Head

During a recent rebuild I split the metering head to clean the inside. Now having put everyting back in I'm not getting fuel to the injector pipes. There is pressure at the cold start valve and the inlet but none at the injector bolts.

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

You have trapped air mate, try turning the engine over with a mate pussing your flap down, think you have to loosen the fuel pipe bolts to release the air

Have tried every metho available on every ford forum going fom the pushing down of the paddle to running the fuel pump constantly.

would not having the rad and coolant in the system cause any stating problems? Or is it a case of cank the car over cos there is fuel going to the cold start valve.
