Easiest way is get a donor erst and just swap it all over. Thats what we done. I already had a donor car (1 owner example) that was completely rotten and even tho i havent got it running spot on as it needs setting up(but i can drive it)its a wicked conversion to do and its only running standard.

Have you got the 90 bhp KE-Jetronic one (does it say you can use 91 octane fuel in the manual)? That one's only running a 8.5:1 compression ratio so (with correct fueling) it should easily cope with 0,5 Bar (8 PSI)

Hi tommy
I think rs turbo conversion would be most easy thing do do.
How much donor car would cost in norway? If you buy every bit for proper turbo system it would cost same as donor rs turbo, and you can grap all nice parts from it.. like alloys etc.
