Default rs turbo engine ticking :(

my rs turbo has just started ticking now.... oil levels fine as i have to check everyday coz i have a small leak from my sump drain bolt.

and noe the car has began ticking... wer shud i start to look ??????

also is ther any ideas oon y the sump bolt still leaks a bit cz its bin replaced with a new bolt but still a small leak,,, any advice?

The sump had a knock? the sump plug mating face might not be perfectly flat?

check to see if theres a washer on the sump plug, if not thats your answer.

Ease up on the text speak mate
Did you change the washer when you changed the plug? maybe the thread in the sumps forked?

ah right ok... if the threads fuckd is there a way around this????

is there no way of sealing it????

Temporary fix would be to drain the sump, clean out the threrads and put some silicone on the bolt and round the washer area and screw it back in.
