Default estimated bhp for my rs turbo

hi there people

i got an escort rs turbo s2 g reg 90 spec

gotech fuel managment system, front mounted intercooler, full scorpion stainless steel exhaust 4" rolled tip, t3 stage 2 turbo, pipercross ,vxr injectors. and baileys dv26 dump valve.....

i am takin it to the rollers to get set up again properly and would like to no wt bhp output i shud be expectin it was 182bhp with a t34 turbo bt that has been removed due to the lag

should be around 200 mark, provided youve got a clutch that can take all them mods!

let us know how you get on mate i have similar spec to you and i quite fancy gotec it will be good to see how well it works, were you taking it ?

yeh mate good bit of kit never herd anything bad about gotec, and jamsport do good work aswell.

ive never had an rs b4.... the gotech is now my ecu am i correct and works like a chip ????

Yeah the Gotech will replace the metering unit in an escort. So the Gotech management controls all your fueling etc.

Friend of mine had Gotech on his rst set up at jamsport. Took a fair bit of mapping but seemed to do the job well. He got around 240bhp, not sure of his entire set up tho.

how much does it usually cost in jamsport to get it set up????

their prices start from around £140 then depending on the ammount of time they take on the set up.

They can supply and map Gotech for £750 so i guess if you already have it installed its still not going to be cheap.

so i guess its all dependant on how long it takes to tune. Correct me if im wrong but I think most places its around £60-70 an hour for rolling road

depends how much needs changing in the map and how long it takes , what has changed from last time it was mapped??

umm nt 2 sure really der will ba t3 turbo on it instead of a t34 wen i tgoes bk..... i fink its overfueling and its nt idling very wel... and seems to back fire a lot and is quite lumpy to drive
