Default series1 intercooler

hi peeps, im after a bit of advice regarding an intercooler for my s1..dont really want to go front mount as im not running enough boost to warrant one and dont wanna cut the metal work either..havent got cash coming out my ears either..ive seen this one from AS and was wondering whether it will be worth while or a waste of money..ive heard comments like "your better off with an oven" etc so that dont really help..my thinking is its gotta be better than standard..will only have bout 12-14 ish psi..unless you guys know of better standard fitting ones? any help is appreciated..cheers
