Wait a min, you swapped engines over because the head gasket went?
Think the only way to get these cars to run propper is to have them setup on a rolling road.

Iirc, all the plugs on the back of the inlet manifold are easly put on in the wrong place as the sensor plugs are all the same, I'd check these first. Other than that make sure your leads are all on in the right order! you aint knocked the dizzy when removing/refitting have ya?

If you didnt swap the metering head over and put the dizzy in exactly the same place, the timing will be out and your fuelling will be wrong.
Get it setup is the best option to be 100% sure its all right though!

The dissy caps need to be set up with a white timming gun and then get it setup on rollers for your fuel...
