does anyone no the clearance between the rockers and the lifters, been told 8-10 10-12 just want to make sure.

Different cam manufacturers use different clearances depending on lift so you would need to know what cam you are using! If you set the clearence incorrectly it could damage the engine or sound like a bag of nails or even both!

Yep, the newman cams run 8 thou on the inlet and 10 thou on the exhaust.
Kent cams run 6 thou In 8 thou Ex and also 22thou In & 24 thou exhaust!

it's a newman phase 2 mate so .8 on the inlet and .10 on the outlet?
