I did look at the pic mate, i have the sensor itself and the plug hanging down. The piece of metal in the pipe that the coolant sensor screws into, isnt there!
Any idea on why the header tank looking like its going to explode??
I take it there is alot of pressure in there, this would tell me its hot . what does the temperature gauge say when its like this and do you have hot air blowing in the car.

temp gauge only wne tup to half way, the fans cut in just above this as well, just as they should do. There is water flowing back into the tank too.
Also, anybody know if there would be a problem with me not having an amal valve? the hose from the actuator goes straight onto the turbo. whats the potential problems with this?
