well mine is quiet using Mobil 1!
and its highly recommended by Turbo Technics

Silkolene or Millers 15/50, i find Mobil a bit thin compared to these (obviously comparing the same grade 15/50 and this is just IMO).

Denis B 10/60 is way to thick unless you are track use only, even then i think its too much really!!

i think it does depend on the state of tune and what the car is used for though.
