Default Wat psi should they be running?

Hi i have just bought a s2 rs turbo told it was 190 bhp has adjustable boost aswell.Just wanted to no wat psi they should be running at low boost?

8_10 psi low boost

Thanks,and do you no what the boost guage should be sitting at when the car is idling?

0 psi if the car is on MFI.Regards,micky

Mine is sitting at -20?its a d reg so not sure what engine is in it?this is not right is it?what could be wrong.

What does the car being on MFI have to do with it pulling a vacuum on idle?

its fine to -20 on idle,theres no boost on idle so its sucking air in,hence pulling a vacuum
