I think the lad is asking did you use both the stabliser bar and the gear selection bar from the puma,or just the gear selection bar from the puma with the RST stabliser bar????Regards,Micky

I was after Jano doing this for me a while back
Might try and ask again, as I think I have damaged my standard one at my BTST day at brunters – I ran the cones over a few times and now the gearstick is reluctant to move side to side

Hello, I am in the process of mounting to my orion mk2 a puma gearlinkage. I have the gearlinkage in my house from a scrapyard.

I have noticed 3 things:

1- This mechanism has not return mechanism in it, the stick won`t go to the center.
2- It bolts to the floor with 2 bolts
3- The bars are about 2cm larger than our original gearchange, but I think maybe we can use our stabiliser and gearchange bar, because they are equal shape.

If you have a push down type linkage once removed it will be fine using the puma type.

I had one on my car with upgraded knuckle joint that was made by Jano from oddkidd creations.

SWITCHBLADE my name is Danny, my car is at Jano's being built as we speak rwd mk3 s1

My last car was a S2 with cossie management als, coilpack etc. I had everything bolted to my engine that Jano offers. At first i had a Stage2 box that i blew into a million pieces, i was using the puma linkage then almost 6 years ago. After that i had the MTX75 fitted and the linkage felt just as good as it did with the puma one. I broke that car for spares as it was a bit rusty. Couldnt help myself but to buy another, but a better Mk3 this time
