Alright peeps its time for an oil and filter change on mine just thought id see what other peolple use for their RS's

I was going to go for 10W 40 GTX Magnetec

would this be ok?

1600 cvh bored out to 1700
low comp pistons
stage 2 t3
piper cam
15psi boost
pace cooler
chip
scorpion exhaust

you dont really want to be using crappy old magnatec in that mate!!
use a good fully synthetic oil like Mobil one 15w50 motorsport or Silkolene

currently i run 15/50 in mine, although not been out the garage in a while

i was recommended 5/40 since though

Thats what i put in mine but then mines more or less standard. Best to PM the oilman and he will tell you exactly what oil to use for your spec
