hi i own a 1990 s2 escort rs turbo it is having starting issues, i think the problem is the starter motor because you can bump start the car, sometimes its starts with the starter motor but most of the time you have push it. I had the rac out nd he seemed to think it was a dodgy distributor any i deas ??

 

Most likely to be the starter motor some cars eat them others last ages they get to hot and pack up change it should sort it out...
