Angry Rear Disc Help please???

I got a mk4 rst and have fitted rear discs but for some reason they keep locking up quite bad at times i have had brand new sierra 2wd calipers, discs, pads and carriers with an rs2000 handbrake cable, Fiesta rs turbo load compensators on the back and a conversion plate fitted but it is still doing it and ive got to a point where im starting to think that the conversion plate is wrong as this i got off a mate who told me it would work! Ive replaced everything hence its all brand new but still aint got a clue?? Can any1 please shed some light?? Where can i get the plates from?? Any help would be massively appretiated thanx!!!
