in process of purchasing s1 rs turbo
hi people im currently in process of purchasing a mint series one rs turbo just need get my car sold first which is virtually done.
the rs has done 92k had a bottom end rebuild 3k ago along with a new turbo technics stage 1 turbo it has a turbo back full stainless system and apart from that is standard engine wise. it also has samco hoses.
the thing i wanna know is will it be worth getting the head ported before i start upping the boost etc??

If your going to be paying for a set up then yes its well worth the doing the headwork beforehand.
at your spec tho be very careful not to get carried away with massive ports opened out to the gasket lines etc. it will drive awful with no low down response. Choose your head work wisely and dont get carried away with quotes such as full race as it will be shite on your spec!
