Default Sub Interference

Im gettin severe sinterference with my sub in my rst. the audio cable is run down the drivers side tand the power cable down the passenger side. Does any1 else have this problem with theirs? if not what could it be? im told it could be the fuel pump.

i used to get a whistling type of sound in my old nova through the sub, i was told it were the alternator, i did not do ought about it because i was selling the car, otherwise, check your earth, make sure its good...

yeah mate check the earth as i had a similar problem, which turned out to be a dodgy earth
hope u get it sorted.

or it may be that ur trying to draw more power out of the alternator than it can cope with? how big is the amp (in power terms not size)
